Purpose of the Play to Heal Hub

Play to Heal is designed as a digital ecosystem of therapeutic dialogue and connection games, as well as additional supportive elements, to support emotional well-being, inclusion, and healing conversations. While our tools are based on therapeutic principles, they are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 13, you must have consent from a parent, guardian, or educator to use the Play to Heal platform.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Play to Heal in a respectful and lawful manner. You may not:

• Harass, bully, or harm others using the Platform.
• Upload or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or obscene.
• Use Play to Heal for commercial, political, or exploitative purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations or security.
• Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software or games.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on Play to Heal — including games, text, designs, graphics, logos, prompts, and software — is owned or licensed by Trance4mation Games, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform solely for personal, educational, or therapeutic purposes. No portion of Play to Heal may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

Facilitator and Group Use

Organizations, schools, or facilitators using Play to Heal agree to:

• Ensure participants are aware of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Protect participant confidentiality.
• Use the platform in alignment with its mission — to foster connection, inclusion, and well- being.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Play to Heal is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of content.

We are not responsible for emotional outcomes or therapeutic results from gameplay.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trance4mation Games, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Play to Heal Hub platform.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trance4mation Games, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use or misuse of the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful activity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect updates to the Platform, legal requirements, or new features. The updated version will be effective upon posting, and continued use indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
